Abland is a leading South African property developer, developing precincts consisting of commercial office and retail space.
Challenge
Abland has been dominant in letting space, but have required a more robust positioning within the South African corporate landscape.
Solution
We created an internal and brand campaign to revive Abland’s pay-off line into a positioning. Breaking new ground was no longer just a development term, but became an ethos that inspired employees.
